Robby Morgan brings a strong farming background and experience in agriculture. He is an award winning educator in the field of outdoor education. With roots in education and land stewardship, he understands the balance between productivity, conservation, and building spaces people can enjoy.

At Next Chapter Land Services, our name reflects both our story and the work we do. For Jared Knipper, more than 30 years at Boberosa Gundogs training bird dogs and managing land for upland game, deer, and maple syrup was the foundation; for Robby Morgan, a lifetime in farming and agriculture shaped a deep respect for productivity and stewardship.
Together, as lifelong educators, we’ve combined our experiences to help landowners write the next chapter for their property. With the right tools—our Kubota skid steer, Fecon mulching head, discs, and seeders—and the right values, we specialize in forestry mulching, trail building, habitat improvement, and sustainable land management that ensures every property is ready for what comes next.
